Hive Partners stands for helping high performing teams achieve bottom line results. We achieve this by living our core values every day:
Alex started Hive Partners in 2015 with a wealth of experience from 30 years in the finance world, where he’s been hands-on in shaping and executing plans that work. He has a knack for breaking down big ideas into practical steps that organizations can use to see real results.
His work isn’t just about the bottom line, though. Alex has rolled up his sleeves in various industries, from oil and gas to healthcare and the nonprofit sector. He’s all about making a solid plan and seeing it through, whether for making a profit, ensuring sustainability, or making a difference.
When it comes to working with people and getting the best out of teams, Alex is certified in facilitation and executive coaching. He’s trained to listen, guide, and help people reach their goals. He is certified by Cornell University for knowing how to bring everyone to the table with diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind.
Outside of the office, Alex is active with Girls Inc. of Greater Houston as a board member, putting his energy into helping ensure young girls grow up to be Strong. Smart and Bold. He’s the kind of guy who knows his stuff but doesn’t need to shout about it – he’d rather get down to work and help your organization thrive.
