Alex Calicchia

President & CEO

Alex brings 30 years of executive experience in the financial services sector and a strong strategic planning and program management discipline to his work at HIVE. In his executive roles, he directed enterprise-wide strategy formation and execution efforts that led to the implementation of innovative strategies across multiple product categories and channels, resulting in positive ROI for these organizations.

Alex’s natural ability to define and communicate high-level strategic priorities, coupled with his on-the-ground understanding of what is required to translate those priorities into action, makes him a valuable partner to clients seeking to undertake results-oriented strategic and transformational planning efforts.

Alex has worked with a variety of clients across multiple sectors including oil & gas, healthcare, financial services and various non-profits.

CHERYL HEWETT, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Cheryl Hewett

Senior Consultant

Cheryl brings over 25 years of experience developing and managing successful programs in both the public and private sector. Cheryl engages her communication and training skills to ensure successful program adaptation. She has a strong ability to identify customer needs and create strategic go-to-market plans that deliver results.

Prior to joining Hive Partners as a senior consultant, Cheryl spent 17 years working in the technology sector with market leaders HP and Cisco. Her focus was on market segmentation and identifying the Voice of the Customer. She specialized in creating customer communities and stakeholder maps, resulting in finely tuned customer-centric programs, enhancing both revenue and market share. Prior to her work in Technology, Cheryl worked in the public sector managing nationwide programs with NASA and the Department of Energy.

Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Utah. She has served as an advisor on the State of Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and is currently serving on the Historic Preservation Board for Park City, Utah. She was an Association of Women in Computing – Leadership in Technology award winner in 2008.
