Facilitated meetings improves efficiency and outcomes

One of the biggest stumbling blocks to the successful execution of an organization’s goals is unstructured and poorly designed meetings. At Hive Partners, we work with you and your team to process design meetings that have purpose, structure and a strategy that delivers a customized customer, stakeholder or employee experience.

SUCCESS STARTS WITH PREPLANNING.

We work with you to define the desired outcome of the meeting and identify the “win” for everyone in attendance. You know what success looks like before you begin a meeting and agree in advance on the decision-making processes to be employed.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR MEETING STAKEHOLDERS.

We work with you to clarify the needs of those in the meeting and help identify the role of each meeting stakeholder. Are they an advocate or a challenger?

PROCESS DESIGNING AND MANAGING YOUR AGENDA.

We process design your meetings to ensure success. This can range from harnessing the collective intelligence of the team to gaining alignment to building an accelerated roadmap for success.

GRAPHIC RECORDING AND FACILITATION

We leverage graphic recording to enhance the understanding of the meeting content and dialogue.

What is Graphic Facilitation?:

We utilize graphic facilitation/recording during many client engagements.

Graphic recording is a visual note-taking system. The “recorder” or ”scribe” takes “notes” on a large canvas.  The end result is a visual representation of what went on in the session that is meaningful to the people that were present.

Why Graphic Facilitation?:

Individuals learn and process information in various ways. By using a graphic facilitator, we enhance the ability of meeting participants to effectively engage. The results include effective decision making, shorter meetings, stronger content memorability, and quicker alignment and consensus.
