Executive Offsites That Move Important Decisions Forward
A well-designed executive offsite does more than bring leaders together. It creates the conditions for productive conversations, clear decisions, stronger alignment, and commitments that hold after the meeting ends.
What an Executive Offsite Should Accomplish
Make consequential decisions. Address the difficult questions that require collective judgment, rather than postponing them or leaving them unresolved.
Build leadership alignment. Establish a shared understanding of priorities, tradeoffs, and what the team is committing to accomplish.
Clarify accountability. Agree on ownership, responsibilities, and the decisions that must translate into action.
Create momentum beyond the meeting. Leave with meaningful commitments and clear next steps that can be reinforced after the offsite.
How Hive Partners Designs and Leads Your Executive Offsite
Before the offsite
Alex works directly with the executive sponsor to clarify the decisions, alignment, and outcomes the meeting must achieve. He designs a customized agenda and facilitation approach around those priorities, not a generic meeting template.
During the offsite
Alex personally facilitates the conversations, challenges assumptions, helps leaders work through difficult issues, and keeps the team focused on decisions, ownership, and meaningful commitments.
After the offsite
Alex provides a concise summary of the major decisions, agreed priorities, commitments, and next steps to support execution after the offsite.
Executive Offsite Engagements and Investment
One Day Executive Offsite
Starting fixed fee: $9,500 plus agreed travel expenses.
This engagement typically accommodates up to 20 participants and includes advance discussions with the executive sponsor to clarify desired outcomes, customized agenda and session design, one full day of facilitation personally led by Alex Calicchia, and a concise summary of major decisions, commitments, and next steps.
Expanded Engagements
Executive offsites involving multiple days, larger groups, or additional planning requirements are scoped and priced individually.
Extensive stakeholder interviews, surveys, research, and other activities beyond the agreed scope are proposed separately when needed.
